Nice. I got 2 responses from him 2 weeks ago but not on my last email He's been traveling alot working deals it seems.

In both of his replies to me he stated no $CGAC R/S is planned but was written into the 14C filing at the advise of his counsel. Basically for legal reason they wrote it into the filing incase it was needed not because they plan to.

Highly undervalued here IMHO.
