Hopeful, I wouldn't worry to much about that scumbag CEO Bozo Keith Berman. I don't his health is good looking at him, he most likely has one foot on a banana peel and the other in the grave. Good chance if the FBI oesn't get him his health will.

Bozo Berman's legacy should be stock manipulator and pumper, after that nobody will remember him. Maybe his consultant wife should take over.

The irony here is the strips copying Lifescan was not even his idea, it was another company. Notice that Bozo Berman screws every company he attempts to go in business with.

Hopefully the lawsuit gets a few scheckles and you get your money back..
