This is the DC preparation method for ICT-107.

Monocytes were prepared from leukapheresis products by adherence for 2 h at 37 °C, and adherent cells were cul- tured for 5 days in RPMI 1640 with 10 % autologous serum supplemented with recombinant human granulo- cyte–macrophage colony-stimulating factor (Berlex) (800 units/ml) and interleukin-4 (R&D systems) (500 units/ml). On Day 5, 50 ng/ml tumor necrosis factor-a (R&D systems) was added for 3–4 days.
