If you are referring to the trucking industry your statement is completely false. Maybe you're trying to give some sort of false impression that Zev's are outselling gasoline powered cars.
Of the 16 to 17 million auto's being sold in this country this year what percentage of them are ZEV's?

Your statement implies the majority. So what is it?
