With all this, why hasn't their been SEC investigation, criminal investigation or a civil lawsuit of behalf of the shareholders? IF this is because of value of the DECN, will this change IF they settle with JnJ. Been in this since April 2016 and averaged down to single digit BUT I find it sickening that people don't / can't be held accountable for such actions. Berman was named in a shareholder fraud type of action in 1993. No, I do not know the outcome of that action BUT is cause for consistent behavior?
