Short Interest's posted twice/month by FINRA: http://otce.finra.org/ESI
Any sites claiming daily short or naked short numbers are lying.

The confusion comes from FINRA reporting MM short "volume", which is basically a meaningless count of intra-day order processing in which they need to temporarily "short" some shares to fill orders in a timely way.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
