Well THall the sole purpose of the CE is to run the stock down and ultimately to no bid and close the doors. Once you stop people from buying the game is over and the MM's will run this to zero. The OTC is in no rush to remove the CE as that are content with this going to .0001. That is what they desire to delist the Co. The CE is not a slap on the rist but rather a death cross. The shorts are cleaning up on this all the way from .01 and as you know for every winner there is always a loser. So, in summary either this will die or be the buy of the century in the OTC. Only time will tell. IMO
