Because in all likelihood, AvJoPlan is a figment of his imagination. I suppose this is the same person as the author of the Watt letter and the tweets.

There is no evidence of any his twitter recipients being aware of the plan. Notice how he/she is careful about not stating that the recipients endorse the plan or even being aware of the plan. Its always some tangential nonsense. Why do you think? I think its deliberate so as to not seem like he is committing securities fraud.

The intent is the same though. To give the false impression of a grass roots campaign that doesn't exist.

I dont think the guy even sends his tweets for real. It is never posted on the recipients board!
