Yes, and by diluting the stock is the reason the stock is trading at .0001 and No Bid and not at .001, and if we get another RS anytime in the near future it will remain at .0001 for a very long time.

It's like saying it's better to pay of the 4% percent home mortgage than to take an expensive trip. Well not if you are paying down that 4% home mortgage with a 21% credit card. But in this case he is doing it with the shareholders 21% credit card.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
