I think this large delay is due to the multi businesses rolling into this shell.(nothing else)
Real business takes a large amount of time to get this all together under one roof IMO. Based off conversations that some on this board have shared to us Frack has said they have deep pockets and money, so I'm not thinking the delay is because these guys are wanting the share price to drop first before they do all the filings ect.. Just my thoughts, respectively..
