What you forget (or didn't know) is BOOST and RISE had placement in a large chain of gas stations as well as Amazon and was pretty popular and gaining market share towards the end. I'd gone to Scott with some very inexpensive advertising ideas that would've cost him little more than just product cost and he bailed. Same with Fizzle.
It became obvious to me and some others that he WANTED it to fail or just plain didn't give a damn what it did as clearly successful product was NOT his focus.
