I have read every thing I could about what ABWN is doing especially with the FAA and it all makes perfect sense to me. I worked for a company that developed different modifications for aircraft. I have been directly involved in the very processes that they have describe.
I think that ABWN has a great idea here. I think that there technology also could be used as a suborbital GPS. All Aircrews would know where each other were which would tighten up distances between aircraft which will continue to happen due to more and more air traffic.
It could also provide ground based weather radar into the cockpit. It could provide instant location of a crashed aircraft. No airliner could just disappear.
I certainly don't believe that it is a penny scam
