Glen Bradford said Jumpstart 2.0 isn't in the new appropriations bill, but I think maybe it's just an error due to the timing and will be added shortly? This bill just got passed the day before yesterday, and the House JUST filed the CR yesterday, so maybe they just haven't had time to put it in. Wouldn't surprise me at all. I'm not 100% sure how these things work, but they could always put some kind of clause in etc. I don't think they'd just ignore this bill, seeing the people involved and all the special interests to just leave it out for no apparent reason when so many were in favour.
