if anybody has screen shots that they can provide of all of his tweets showing the content and how it tracks with trading volume, i think the sec would look into it. it's best to search/google a few sec prosecutors names from some recent cases involving otc companies who have committed pump and dump fraud and email that individual. cashman deserves to be prosecuted.
