He paid down debt only by diluting shares. Sales aren't increasing so the only way to keep the debt down is by more dilution. That leads to an RS and all shareholders lose. We went through this once before.
It comes down to Eric needs a lot more income and it won't come with an 80% drop in sales.
The solution isn't going to come overnight. It took a long time to get into this mess and it will take a long time to get out of it.
