Seems to me this technology is not a technology yet.
They are learning.

I get what its all about, but it seems to me that the only way they will make money(assuming technology),is by being onsite when the coal is being mined. Anything that is already above ground (overburden) would all have to be drilled to be able to find any concentrations, but I would find that quite unlikely, not to mention very costly.
