the dilution that is caused by the terms of the financing package is the exact thing that will drive the share price lower, couple that with the half billion shares they are asking for in the s-8 - the employee benefit plan, that was recently filed, and this has nowhere to go but down. don't take my word for it, do a little research on death spiral financing and see if that's is or isn't what is going on here.
