* Note conversion is putting us in a in a 5 week dilutive down channel.
* T-trades are showing mirror insider buys and insider sells as the note is exchanged. No Form 4's as this may be the less than 5% holders.
* If we continue to have retail buying during this process we should move sideways in $0.01 - $0.009 channel. If retail loses confidence or tax loss sales the worst side channel will be $0.0075 - $0.006 but traders will be all over this with buying for the January effect.
