Ziom, how did he break the law? EVERY press release had a forward looking statement which is meant to warn you that the things in the press release may not work out and EVERY filing the auditor had a going concern statement and the comp-any warned you the whole time about the risks.... I mean, are you mad because you lost money after all these warnings? Look in the mirror.... that's who to blame.....
