Slow and methodically. So slow, that the company probably has shrunk the float and their will not be a rm. Shrewd management most likely gobbled up all these shares since the filings, hence no pr. All year someone was buying every seller.That is cheaper and more profitable for company and mgt than more paperwork, literally.
This has potential to be not in pennies but dollars and be huge winner for all longs.
