Everyone should be glad interest rates have rose again, even though it is a small quarter of a percent. See there was a time not so long ago that there was no room to move interest rates down to stimulate the economy. Now if problems arise again the FED will have some room to once again manipulate the FED interest rate. I expect that interest rates will continue to rise in small increments. Inflation will not stay under 2%, if the economy begins heating up to fast. Trump talking a 4% economic increase next year (questionable?). Expect higher interest rates especially if commodities heat up.
