How would one know that the order is for 20 million?

Nobody is selling because NODODY is buying this busted and dead scam garbage stock. The few trades there have been have most likely been brokers taking unsalable stock off their clients hands so they can claim the loss in their taxes. The SMART thing to do...

TECO's stock fraud case has already been settled with Treaty admitting that the SEC complaint was ALL TRUE...

It won't make any difference to Treaty no matter what the outcome for the rest of the fraudsters involved in this most obvious scam. Though, once that case for them is resolved the SEC will move ahead with the revocation of TECO stock registration.
