Actually, paying him in shares gives him a huge incentive to make the share price go up. Convertible debt holders sell as soon as they're able to convert.....as we've been seeing. I don't think this new board member will sell for a while......especially if he thinks he'll be able to make this company a success. He knows all the ins and outs of getting a product qualified for an online pharmacy. He is definitely a positive for biei. I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. And no......it's not a train coming at us.
