VRCTC310 Phase 1: VRCTC-310 is a nat-ural product by combining two purified snake venom, athree protein fraction from Crotalus durissus terrificusvenom and Naja naja atra, exerted an inhibitory effecton human and murine cell lines. In a phase-I study, 15patients with refractory malignancies were given intra-muscular injection daily for 30 days continuously toevaluate the tolerated dose (MTD), safety profile andpharmaceutical data. MCD was found out to be0.017 mg/kg and recommended for phase-II studies [25]
