What does Dynamis bring to the table RJ? That is the elephant in the room. There has been very little activity in the stock since the merger PR simply because the merger cannot be evaluated without seeing Dynamis's entire assets, revenue, debt, their world wide clients, ie their books; and since they are a private company that information is not available to the public.

That said; I am very happy that Freestone was able to negotiate a 25% ownership of the merger of the two companies combined. With the freestone officers and board members owning a major chunk of the O/S; it was in their self interest to get the best deal possible for their shares, and I think they did just that.

Why did Dynamis which was already a JV Petrozene partner want to merger with Freestone? ... There is only one answer, and that is Petrozene, because that was all Freestone had to offer; and as a JV Petrozene partner Dynamis must already know that it will be a successful product or they would not have done the deal. I'm looking to see future Petrozene sales with the Dynamis organization behind the contracts.

What is Dynamis? What are they made up of? What are their assets? Any debt? So many concerns/questions,

'RJ Trotts'

I'm looking for that to be revealed as required in the near future. Then we can evaluate the merger with facts.
