Glad someone else picked up on that little bombshell - one which seemed to have sailed about 100,000 feet over the stuckie's heads.

Hell, it's all in the filings, but stuckies never actually read filings. So many confusing words and detail.


Which leaves the NTEK shell with what exactly in terms of assets?

Anyone that doesn't realize this was all done to avoid NTEK being garnished once the Chairman gets tired of a jail cell clearly hasn't been following this scam closely enough.
