One step forward, one step back

On the positive side, there isn't much downside from here. On the negative side, the company is still in turmoil and I'm not sure the stock will do much until the spin-off is approved. It makes sense now why the Board member resigned, but the departure of the CFO is troubling. At least there's a well-qualified replacement.

Tuck this one away and wait for the catalysts to play out. Not much else that I can say. I'll see you in February when they report earnings.
