The last "CEO" turned out to have never been the CEO. We know that from the deposition he filed in a separate lawsuit against NTEK that he was thoroughly lied to by David Foley. There's now an arrest warrant out for Jeff Foley's because he won't answer questions relating to that same lawsuit.

Nobody knows who the current officers of the company are. They are effectively out of business and David Foley is desperate to run out the clock on the statutes of limitations so he doesn't GO BACK to prison for fraud, again.

This was a scam from Day 1.

Oh, and Foley on another message board decided to tell everyone that the NTEK shell you bought stock in doesn't own Ultraflix, he owns it privately. Merry Christmas.
