Have you lost all hope that Access Power will buy the shell?

If nothing else ACCR/Access Power is the corporate equalvalent of a domain investor.

Access Power is technically delisted at the moment (at least I believe it is. Mr. Peter J. Jenson made a filing to nullify the delisting. So who knows.) so not sure if ACCESS POWER could even list a stock right now if they wanted to.

Either way, I think that if they ever decided to become publicly traded they would make a move to acquire this shell. Just like they did when they purchased the domain:
