Naw. SVTE and CEO Bob completing the loop. He has flooded the market with .0001's before. The DD on the company and his history is huge.

It's just another SVTE's wash-rinse-spin cycle. Bob is really good at rolling out SVTE .0001's. The market can take it even lower. (.00005 now.)
