It's not his mine - he's just the CEO.

De Gasperis is a CEO who, in 7 years, managed to show a (small) profit in only in one quarter, and that due to a dept retirement or the like. I think you'd have to look pretty hard to find CEOs who've kept their jobs and/or maintained their salary with a record like that. Why hasn't he been fired? Is it because his talents for telling a good story and soothing doubt are more important than actually making profits?

Makes you wonder who is benefiting though, don't it? It's sure not the stockholders.
