What matters most though of course is, the amount of shares in the Float (100,000,000), and then the amount of shares Outstanding (160,000,000,).

But "no convertible notes" is good, and a reduction of the AS by 50% would be good too. "Excellent" would be, a reduction in the Outstanding.
