It's sure shaping up that way, herb. I agree with surehands that anything over 8 at this point will be a gift this winter. I also posted awhile back that the ave temps in the arctic are 36 degrees above normal, so those arctic blasts are not going to be as frigid as they typically have been, if that is the case.
