A reverse split is mostly not good for the shareholders. So I am not pro for a reverse split. I think Mr. Titus will not do that, because his shareholders are not happy for this act.
As a matter of fact a buy-back of the shares is always good for the shareholders, but the company need perhaps this shares xhen there is a take-over. As somebody has wrote here before, perhaps next year they have a transaction in mind with the regulation in California and that will update the company and that we like it very much of course. More and more revenues will end as everybody know with a company who has earnings pro shares and that is the very best shareholders like to have. This is only my opinion and my experience working with company's.
