The interesting part to me is: at a glance - Michael T. William's Williams Securities Law Firm - Go Public Direct, promotes themselves as a leading option for foreign companies choosing to become public through Reverse Merges, and appears to be always looking for new business ventures to represent.

But oddly the only OTC companies the Firm (OTC> Williams Law Group P.A) lists they represent are companies that Richard Oravec also represents.
