With all due respect to you and Bbanbob, I think this latest hypothesis is getting into a dangerous area of hopeful delusion. Of course there's a chance you could be right, this is a really wacky BK, and it doesn't completely not make sense that there wouldn't be a lot of hidden items involved. However, the rule is that usually the simplest explanation is the correct one. And in this case they have specifically told us that a merger or acquisition has NOT occurred.
