I underestimated my last post. Actually there has been about 1.7 million in volume since things started moving along here.

On 11/15 the financing for acquisitions was announced and 11/20 the 1st target acquisition was completed. Volume starting coming in the day after the financing announcement and from 11/16 to 11/22 around 625k shares were sold. Link to first acquisition website: http://www.waste-equipment.com/

After a lull the second acquisition was announced on 12/04, and volume started back again the next day. From 12/5 through today there has been 1.1M shares sold. Link to only info I can find on second company: https://www.bizapedia.com/or/columbia-financial-services-inc.html
Interestingly, both of the first 2 companies have the same president, Gordon Boorse: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gordon-boorse-6006459/

A third target company is listed as an installation and repair of compacters and balers company. Potential target based on location and business type: http://compactormc.com/index.html

I would imagine volume to continue like this in this range through the announcement of the 3rd acquisition which should be very soon.

The share structure is as follows:
Deep Green - 85 million
Legacy Holders - 1.7 million
Antevorta (old debt) - 13.3 million

It's pretty safe to say that the 1.7 million in volume hasn't all be legacy holders buying and selling so it is coming from one of the other 2 sources. Which begs the question; what is the status of the shares owned by Deep Green?? If they are restricted then obviously Antevorta is settling debt while there is interest and things are moving forward.

So, best case scenario would be this is Antevorta converting their shares and Deep Green's 3rd acquisition is something like what I listed and would be a significant expansion in their companies range of service. When debt is settled there would be 15M known shares in the float and Deep Green can then retire or restrict the other 85M. That would give them a very legit SS and revenue stream moving forward to really make a move at becoming a legitimate stock....
