Always ran with a share count that was not maxed out. This is the huge difference with DIGX this time....they have zero shares to be able to manipulate it higher and with all the shares already in retail hands, they would have to actually pay a premium to manipulate, which they wont do as it is a losing proposition for them (management or P&D firm/entities). This security is DOA...
