BTW, Conman is making the rounds demo'ing the fire sauce that is/was Eco's. He's hitting fire departments in some big cities, and ringing up the media to follow him (sound familiar?).
To your point, maybe the intent of his suit is not cash or more shares, but to settle on getting the Eco name back and leaving Comery & Co. with the debt. Ultimate con? Comery got paid well to be the stooge, and maybe it was the plan all along to have a debt exit strategy.
Did Vuozzo go back to the bunker? Conboy has the old team at his new deal, minus Vuozzo.....so far.
