Only 30M left up on bid now....support continues to dwindle....more and more traders are realizing this one is going nowhere. The company does not have the shares to give out to P&D/awareness companies/individuals to manipulate the price and ZERO interest from actual retail traders/investors, hence you have a dead security that will eventaully fall to no bid and either R/S if CEO wants to fleece traders/investors more or delist and fade into the abyss of failed OTC scams.
