EVERYTHING
I found the Global Thunderbird Nevada Corp, had to pay money to reinstate that, and legally gain access to that shell. That cost me almost $3,000. Then, I had to pay another $3,500 or so to clean up the shell with the state of FL.
Man, I am one of those ANGEL INVESTORs that really digs around.

I dissolved the preferred Ds that the Baum/other dude Panther tried to do back in 2007. I cleaned up the IRS BILL which is ridiculous from stupid employment taxes from 1999. I cancelled all warrants issued, and loans, and convertible toxic debentures, and issue myself 20,000,000 common 144 RESTRICTED shares having established a QUORUM under FL statutes.
Hmmmm, now that I think about it.....that was almost $10,000 I spent on ACCR to clean up this beautiful shell. Heck, the SEC even called me years back to see about that 10qsb filing I made. The attorney's name was MARK, coincidentally. They mentioned a SUPER 10K would be required to bring this back to reporting status.
Do you think ACCR is now in action?
I cannot think of anything else I can do to clean up this shell.
