The U.S. Department of Energy believes that the Exxon / Fuel Cell carbon capture technology is viable and the most promising. The Department of Energy already evaluated the other technologies and found them to be too costly, complicated and inefficient. That is why the Department of Energy has recently provided funding for the Exxon / Fuel Cell carbon capture pilot project, and that is why the Department of Energy is still evaluating the Exxon / Fuel Cell carbon capture pilot project. If any of the previous methods of carbon capture were better they wouldn't sill be looking for something better like the Exxon / Fuel Cell carbon capture technology.
