$USTC LOI to Launch Bitcoin Mobile Wallet

MISSISSAUGA, ON / ACCESSWIRE / USA Real Estate Holding Co. (OTC PINK: USTC) ("USTC") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Letter of Intent with AppSwarm, Inc. (OTC PINK: SWRM) ("SWRM"), a technology company specializing in the accelerated development and publishing of mobile apps, for the development of a smartphone based cash and Bitcoin mobile wallet. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, USTC and SWRM will execute a definitive agreement within 45 days from this Letter of Intent.
