That does sound like they could be on the right track, I must admit. Both the recent PRs I read look sorta okay but there are alot of details they could have provided and didn't. Have you done any DD on the "former" company? The last set of officers painted this stock to be the best of it's kind (for the timeframe) within OTC. And if you were to read any of the news they put out, it was a no brainer. It was sold to resemble a placer mine with all the baseball sized nuggets scattered for miles in either direction. The last projects they were supposedly working on include the fiberglass container niche and their miracle oilfield product "Krud Clean". Another red flag that has arisen are the alleged locations of their office facilities. Before, they had leased space in Independence KS and Washington DC. Both still roughly noted as active locations. They weren't legit then and probably aren't now. In conjunction with that discrepency, the issue of contact numbers and email addresses. All the very same as to when they were scamming the first time. From my perspective, so many red flags have popped up possibly validating my concerns. But things in OTC change all the time and could be just more of the same and perfectly legit.
