the news was out in Dec8. Big boys didn't seem to care as it was seen on latter trade days. The 10-K statement was to avoid unnecessary lawsuits. I'm glad they put out 10-K statement for sake of transparency, and helps people to get a general idea on how far the company has achieved, and where they are heading.
