As you said yourself, Andrey didn't specify whether it was Q3 CY18 vs Q3 FY18.

I doubt he meant that it was introduced this past november 2017, so, it's gotta be November 2018....since neither you and Andrey seem to haven't grasped CY vs. FY :)
