That's the beauty of twitter and other media platforms that the sec has allowed ceo's to use for so called news. If it is announced on a platform that the street refer to as legit, then you will see the true reaction. So far this weeks volume, tells me they are still waiting to see if Viva is going to sheet or get off the pot.
