Like it needed that 10Q for the penny, right? This Entity is a share printing enterprise, that never had, and most likely never will produce any revenue. Tecco is probably already looking for a new shell.

All IMO. You should Never make Any financial decisions based on my suggestions. You should pretty much always do the opposite to what I suggest you should do. It’s a jungle out there.
