Bruce,you may be misunderstanding me ,I never said they did'nt need a license to grow HEMP ,but as far as restrictions go there are not near as many restrictions to grow hemp as there is to grow Marijuana,due to the THC content thing,and that is what I was talking about .Farmers would rather grow HEMP instead of Marijuana because of that fact ,it may take 2 years to get approved to grow Marijuana.Hemp basically all a Farmer has to do now is file an application ,and if the Farmer meets the criteria he will get a license.Not so with Marijuana as the Government wants to do a bunch of Red Tape testing,Out here in the Pacific Northwest,the Farmers are feeling Good about the future it's even on the News,inside Grows it is going to take more lobbying the Government for it to happen,and IMO it will happen why not,Thanks for your DD about Maine ,I am hanging around to see,CEO doesn't strike me as a Scammer
