Come on bud. The players that matter can clearly buy this ticker. If some schlup can't buy his 2M shares...who cares? The players that drive the price can buy the shares. You act like there is a line-up of 50M buyers just "chomping at the bit" to buy a POS penny stock. Not trying to deflate your bubble, but access to buy...is NOT the problem.

Trust me. The players you need, can buy as much as they want, and don't have any restrictions on their accounts! The guys who say they can't buy, aren't buying enough to move the price anyways. Forget about them.
